Toshio is an 18-year-old who attended a special school and now has a lot of free time on his hands. He was brought up by his single father and has led a carefree life in an affluent environment. Today, his thoughts turn to his pretty old school friends. It's not all as simple as it seems - Toshio has to plan his moves carefully or risk failing in his attempts at love. Kusuriyubi no Kyoukasho offers a little more choice than most other games of this type, as there is no permanent menu of commands. The player is generally invited to choose between two or more possible actions. These decisions can trigger certain events, alter the course of the story or lead to a premature end to the game.
