The player takes on the role of a condom salesman from Kawasaki. He must gain access to seven flats on the first floor of a residential building and sell his wares to the women who live there. The game is mainly a simulation with adventure elements. At the start, the parameters of the player character are generated. These include their physical and psychological stamina, the amount of initial money, etc. The game area is a small pseudo-3D first-person environment with vector graphics and colourful character sprites. The protagonist is directed using the arrow keys and interacts with the environment when the player selects commands assigned to different letters. To convince women to buy condoms and/or have sex, several commands must be carefully and repeatedly combined.
