In the near future, humanity has abandoned Earth. Humans have begun building space stations. Thanks to the new spacesuits invented by Professor Toujou, humans have been able to colonize the galaxy. The planet Charon becomes the new center of science and culture. Troops from an organization called "Giras" attempted to invade Charon and kidnapped Professor Toujou. His niece Lisa is determined to continue her research, but she herself is kidnapped by the Giras. Two of her friends, Kyouhei and Kamui, decide to lead an assault on a Giras fortress and rescue Lisa... Foxy 2 is a turn-based strategy game. The gameplay is similar to that of its predecessor. It is limited to strategic battles, in which the player commands different types of units, with the goal of reaching the enemy base, protecting their own, and exterminating all enemy units.
